发散式冲击波疗法联合关节松动术治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床观察

摘要
目的 观察发散式冲击波疗法联合关节松动术治疗肱骨外上髁炎的临床疗效.方法 选取2022年8月至2023年8月在我院门诊就诊的肱骨外上髁炎患者84例,采用随机数表法分为对照组与试验组,每组42例.两组患者均采用发散式冲击波治疗(1次/周),试验组在对照组的基础上联合肘关节松动术治疗(3次/周).分别比较两组患者治疗前、治疗后1周、2周、4周、6周时的疼痛视觉模拟评分(Visual analogue scale,VAS)、握力、Mayo肘关节功能评分.结果 两组治疗前患者基线数据无显著性差异(P＞0.05),治疗后1周、2周、4周、6周时,两组患者VAS疼痛评分较治疗前明显降低(P＜0.05),握力较治疗前明显提高(P＜0.05),第2周、4周、6周试验组疼痛评分、握力改善明显优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组Mayo评分均较试验前明显提高(P＜0.05),且每个时间节点试验组均高于同期对照组(P＜0.05).结论 发散式冲击波疗法联合关节松动术治疗肱骨外上髁炎疗效良好,可有效减轻患者的疼痛,改善肘关节功能.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical of divergent shock wave therapy combined with joint mobilization surgery for the treatment of lateral epicondylitis.Methods 84 patients in our department form August 2022 to August 2023 were randomly divided into two groups:the control group and the experimental group,including 42 patients in each group 1.Both groups of patients were treated with divergent shock wave therapy(once per week),while the experimental group received elbow joint mobilization surgery in addition to the control group(three times per week).The clinical efficacy of the two groups was judged by the changes of VAS score,grip,elbow joint function Mayo score results before and after treatment(first week,two week,four week,six week).Results There was no significant difference in baseline between the two groups of patients before treatment.The VAS pain score,grip,Mayo score of two groups of patients significantly decreased compared to before treatment(P＜0.05),the treatment effect of the experimental group was the most obvious(P＜0.05).Conclusion Shock wave combined with joint mobilization has obvious clinical effect in the treat-ment of lateral epicondylitis of the humerus.
