Analysis of physical examination results of 17130 people in the communities of Wuhan
Objective Through the analysis of the health examination results of residents in the area,discussed the targeted ad-justment of health management strategies.Methods The experience data of 17130 residents from January 1,2022 to August 31,2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and the test results of height,weight,blood pressure,blood glucose,blood lipids,uric acid,liver function and electrocardiogram were statistically analyzed.Results According to the age group,the rate of dyslipidemia was 22.99%,the rate of obesity was 18.56%,the rate of thyroid abnormality was 17.82%,the rate of electrocardiogram abnormality was 16.13%,the rate of uric acid abnormality was 9.63%,the rate of mammary hyperplasia was 9.07%,the rate of fatty liver was 7.55%,and the rate of blood pressure abnormality was 7.44%,the abnormal rate of transaminase was 6.33%.In the 65~80 age group,the rate of dyslipidemia was 42.96%,thyroid abnormality was 40.16%,osteopenia was 38.63%,obesity was 37.45%,pros-tate abnormality was 24.62%,blood pressure was 24.41%,blood glucose was 20.08%,carotid ultrasound abnormality was 14.23%,fatty liver was 13.39%.Conclusion According to the results of physical examination statistics and analysis,and the health detection of different age groups,personalized nutrition management and easy-to-implement behavioral intervention measures should be developed,chronic disease prevention and control awareness should be strengthened,and healthy lifestyle should be active-ly advocated,so as to improve and enhance the health status of community residents.
