摘要
宫颈癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,准确的宫颈癌分期对于制定治疗方案和评估预后至关重要.经阴道超声造影技术(Transvaginal contrast-enhanced ultrasound,TVS-CEUS)及双平面探头技术的临床应用,为宫颈癌分期的评估提供了新的方法.本文基于宫颈癌分期评估的临床需求和技术进步,探讨了经阴道超声造影及双平面超声在宫颈癌分期中的应用价值,以及其在临床实践中所展现出的显著优势.TVS-CEUS联合双平面超声应用于宫颈癌治疗,可以更全面地评估病变的性质和范围,为手术提供更详细的解剖信息,从而提高手术的精准性,这对于保留重要结构、最小化手术损伤,以及提高手术后的生活质量都具有积极的影响.
Abstract
Cervical cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in Chinese women,and accurate staging of cervical cancer is crucial for formulating treatment plans and assessing prognosis.With the development of new ultrasound technologies,the clinical ap-plication of Transvaginal contrast-enhanced ultrasound(TVS-CEUS)and biplane probe technology has provided new means for the staging of cervical cancer.Based on the clinical demand for staging cervical cancer and technological advances,this article discusses the application value of Transvaginal contrast-enhanced ultrasound and biplane probe in cervical cancer staging,as well as the signifi-cant advantages demonstrated in clinical practice.The combined application of TVS-CEUS with biplane probe in the treatment of cer-vical cancer can comprehensively evaluate the nature and extent of lesions,provide more detailed anatomical information for surgery,thereby improving the precision of surgery.This has a positive impact on preserving vital structures,minimizing surgical damage,and improving postoperative quality of life.
