目的 通过Meta分析确定帕金森病患者发生直立性低血压的危险因素.方法 计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Web of Science、Cochrane Library、中国生物医学文献数据库、万方数据库、中国知网及维普网,检索时限至2023年6月,采用RevMan 5.4软件进行Meta分析.结果 共纳入12篇文献,包含27项相关危险因素,Meta分析结果显示,年龄(OR=1.07,95％CI 1.03～1.11)、合并有快速眼动睡眠行为障碍(RBD)(OR=3.75,95％CI 1.94～7.22)为帕金森病患者发生直立性低血压的危险因素(P＜0.05).结论 帕金森病发生直立性低血压的危险因素较多,护理人员应尽早期识别予以干预治疗,积极防治,从而改善PD患者的生活质量及预后,预防不良事件的发生.
Abstract
Objective To determine the risk factors of orthostatic hypotension in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD)by Meta-analysis.Methods Pubmed,Embase,Web of Science,Cochrane Library,China Biology Medicine Disc,Wanfang Database,CNKI and VIP were searched by computer until June 2023.RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 12 arti-cles were included,including 27 related risk factors.The results of Meta-analysis showed that age(OR=1.07,95％CI 1.03～1.11),combined RBD(OR=3.75,95％CI 1.94～7.22)were risk factors for orthostatic hypotension in patients with Parkinson's disease(P＜0.05).Conclusion There are many risk factors of orthostatic hypotension in Parkinson's disease.Nurses should identi-fy the high-risk patients of PD-OH early and intervene them,actively prevent and treat them,so as to improve the quality of life and prognosis of PD patients and prevent the occurrence of adverse events.
