摘要
目的 本文对2013-2023年髌股疼痛综合征康复英文文献进行可视化分析,归纳总结了当前髌股疼痛综合征(PFPS)康复医学研究的热点和前沿.方法 检索并筛选PubMed和Web of Science数据库2013年1月至2023年12月髌股疼痛综合征康复相关文献.采用Vosviewer1.6.19软件对发文量趋势、作者、研究机构、国家和地区分布、关键词进行可视化分析.结果 共纳入分析文献854篇.总体上本主题研究文献发表量相对较少.美国文献发表量为233篇,居首位;La Trobe Univ是文献发表量最多的研究机构,共发文19篇.S Rathleff M是本主题研究的高产作者,共发文24篇.持续出现的关键词为 biomechanics(生物力学)、electromyography(肌电图)、kinematics(运动学)、exercise(运动)和 risk factors(危险因素).结论 当前髌股疼痛综合征康复相关研究趋势趋于平缓,说明未来在国内外本主题的研究存在较大的发展空间.
Abstract
Objective In this paper,the visual analysis of patellofemoral pain syndrome rehabilitation from 2013 to 2023 was carried out.To analyze the literatures about patellofemoral pain syndrome(PFPS)and summarize the hot spots and frontiers of PFPS research.Methods PubMed and Web of Science databases were searched for articles related to PFPS rehabilitation from January to December 2013,and 2023 were screened.Using Vosviewer 1.6.19 software,the trends of article,authors,countries,key words for vis-ual analysis.Results A total of 854 articles were included.The overall research literature has been published relatively infrequent-ly.In the United States,233 articles were published,and La Trobe Univ is the most published research institution,with a total of 19 publications.S Rathleff M is a prolific author in this field with 24 articles.The keywords that consistently appeared were biomechan-ics,electromyography,kinematics,exercise,and risk factors.Conclusion At present,the research trend of patellofemoral pain syn-drome rehabilitation is smooth.It shows that there is still a big space for development in this field.
