目的 探讨核心肌群主动运动训练对肩袖损伤术后患者的疼痛、关节活动度、稳定性的改善情况.方法 选择2023年1月至2023年8月在我院行关节镜下肩袖修补术的患者82例,随机分为对照组和试验组.对照组进行常规治疗,试验组在常规治疗基础上增加核心肌群运动训练(腹桥、背桥和健侧侧桥训练).对两组治疗前后的美国肩肘外科协会评分(American shoulder and Elbow surgeons Form,ASES)、关节活动范围(ROM)、Constant评分等进行评价.结果 治疗后两组ASES评分、Constant评分及肩关节ROM较治疗前有显著进步(P<0.05),且试验组ASES评分疼痛、功能评分均明显高于对照组,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.05).结论 核心肌群主动运动训练在增强核心肌群力量的同时可以增加肩关节活动范围,改善日常生活能力,增加肩关节稳定性,对肩袖损伤带来的疼痛也有缓解,临床治疗效果显著.
Research on the effect of core muscle group exercise training on shoulder joint function and stability after rotator cuff inju-ry
Objective To explore the improvement of pain,joint motion and stability after rotator cuff injury.Methods A total of 82 patients who underwent arthroscopic rotator cuff repair in our hospital from January 2023 to August 2023 were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group received regular treatment,the experimental group added core training(abdominal bridge AB,dorsal bridge DB and healthy side bridge HSB).Evaluation index:Choose American shoulder and El-bow surgeons Form ASES,range of motion,Constant score evaluation,etc.Results After treatment the ASES scores,Constant scores and ROM in the 2 groups were higher than before(P<0.05),and the pain scores and functional scores of ASES in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Core training not only enhances the strength of core muscles but also increases the range of motion of shoulder joint,improves the ability of daily living,increases the stability of shoulder joint,relieves the pain caused by rotator cuff injury.The clinical treatment effect is remarka-ble.
