肺癌患者癌因性疲乏中医护理的研究进展

摘要
癌因性疲乏是肺癌患者最常见的症状,给患者的生理、心理都带来了极大的困扰,严重降低了患者的生活质量.目前癌因性疲乏的西医治疗主要以药物治疗为主,但是安全性和疗效不令人满意.中医认为肺癌患者癌因性疲乏的基本病机是气虚,由于正气亏虚、脏腑失调、邪气入侵而出现疲乏症状,治疗应以益气扶正为主.近年来,中医护理技术不断发展,其适宜性受到了学者的广泛关注.中医护理是基于整体观念和辨证施护的理念对患者进行干预,在改善患者癌因性方面有独特的优势.本文梳理了肺癌癌因性疲乏患者中医护理的研究进展,从病因及发病机制、中医护理技术、中医传统功法、情志调摄4个方面总结肺癌癌因性疲乏护理研究现状,旨在为开展肺癌癌因性疲乏患者的中医护理提供参考.
Abstract
Cancer-induced fatigue is the most common symptom of lung cancer patients,which has brought great troubles to patients'physical and psychological health,and seriously reduced the quality of life of patients.At present,Western medicine mainly focuses on drug treatment,but the safety and efficacy are hard to be satisfied.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the basic pathogenesis of cancer fatigue in lung cancer patients is Qi deficiency,fatigue symptoms due to the deficiency of positive Qi,Zang Fu disorder,evil Qi invasion,so the treatment should be based on supplementing Qi and strengthening the surface.In recent years,the continuous development and improvement of Traditional Chinese medicine nursing have been widely concerned by schol-ars.Traditional Chinese medicine nursing is based on the holistic concept and the concept of dialectical care to intervene in patients,and has a unique advantage in improving the causes of cancer in patients.This paper reviews the research progress of traditional Chi-nese medicine nursing for patients with lung cancer related fatigue,and summarizes the current research status of nursing for lung cancer related fatigue from four aspects:etiology and pathogenesis,traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques,traditional Chi-nese medicine exercises and emotional adjustment,aiming at provide a reference for the development of traditional Chinese medicine nursing for patients with lung cancer related fatigue.
