Research on the analysis of cultural elements in public hospitals and the mechanism of high-quality hospital development
For understanding the elements of public hospital culture,explore the mechanism of hospital culture on the high-quali-ty development of hospitals.Text analysis method was used to count the cultural elements in the"Hospital Culture"section of the of-ficial website of 118 tertiary public hospitals in Beijing,and these elements were classified and summarized separately.The summary results show that there are 158 kinds of cultural elements,and the top 5 are 47 times of hospital training(39.83％),41 times of hos-pital emblem(34.75％),26 times of hospital song(22.03％),21 times of hospital history(17.80％),and 15 times of hospital proposes(12.71％).According to the difference in the effect of cultural elements on the high-quality development of hospitals,the cultural elements are classified into five categories,with basic-inheritance-stand upright-innovation as the context,and policy guid-ance as the main line.The realization path is to establish the mission,vision,values and other cultural basic points deeply cultivate the sentiment of loving the hospital;explore the history of the hospital,hospital newspaper,cultural landscape,medical model,culti-vate the awareness of the hospital;build the party construction,implement the measures of the hospital;develop the strategic goal and hospital brand,forge the strong hospital ladder;policy guidance throughout,which is the foundation and extension.
