Investigation of health-related quality of life and analysis of influencing factors in elderly patients with deep venous throm-bosis after lower limb fracture surgery
Objective To investigate the health-related quality of life and its influencing factors in elderly patients with deep ve-nous thrombosis(DVT)after lower limb fracture surgery. Methods 128 elderly patients with DVT after lower limb fracture surgery in our hospital from June 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. The general data questionnaire,health-related quality of life scale,Barthel index, hospital anxiety and depression scale and social support rating scale were used to investigate the research objects.Pearson correlation was used to analyze the relationship between quality of life and sleep quality, daily activity abili-ty,negative emotion and social support.Multivariate linear regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of health-related quality of life in elderly patients with DVT after lower limb fracture surgery. Results The total score of SF-36 scale in 128 elderly patients with DVT after lower limb fracture surgery was(51.81±5.08).The top three dimensions were energy(59.49±6.38),social function(51.01±5.74)and physiological function(48.51±6.23).Pearson correlation analysis showed that the total score of health-related quality of life in elderly patients with DVT after lower limb fracture surgery was positively correlated with the total score of daily activity ability(r=0.759)and social support score(r=0.811)(P<0.001),and negatively correlated with anxiety score(r=-0.246)and depression score(r=-0.202)(P<0.001).Multivariate linear regression results showed that family per capita monthly income, daily activity ability, social support, anxiety and depression were the influencing factors of health-related qual-ity of life in elderly patients with DVT after lower limb fracture surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion The health-related quality of life of elderly patients with DVT after lower limb fracture surgery is at a general level, which is related to family per capita monthly in-come,daily activity ability, social support, anxiety and depression.Medical staff can formulate personalized nursing intervention pro-grams for influencing factors.
