Research progress on the catastrophic postoperative pain in patients with lumbar degenerative diseases
Lumbar degenerative disease is the most common spinal disease in the middle-aged and elderly people,and surgery is the best way of treatment.Postoperative pain is the most common complaint of patients with lumbar degenerative disease.Pain can lead to anxiety,depression,fear,depression and other bad emotions,thus prolonging the recovery time of patients'physical function.Pain catastrophizing is an important predictor of the negative expectation and amplification of pain,and pain catastrophizing is also the main psychological factor aggravating the pain degree of patients.This paper briefly describes the concept of catastrophizing post-operative pain in patients with lumbar degenerative disease,introduces the evaluation tools,adverse outcomes and influencing factors,and finds the influencing factors of postoperative pain in patients with lumbar degenerative disease.By analyzing the causes of the in-fluencing factors,summarizing the relevant suggestions,in order to provide reference for the scientific research and clinical practice of nursing patients with lumbar degenerative disease.
