Research progress of symptom cluster in patients with stroke
Stroke is easy to form symptom group,such as limb movement disorders,swallowing disorders,sleep disorders,pain,fa-tigue,epilepsy,depression and other symptoms due to disease factors,and these symptoms may gather into clusters,which may reduce the patient's self-care ability,lower the patient's quality of life,and bring heavy burdens to the society,family and the patient.Early assessment and intervention of stroke patients'symptoms play an important role in improving patients'quality of life,and are the focus of current research in the field of chronic disease care.This artiche reviewed and analyzed the proqress and deficiercy of the study on symptom group of stroke patients at home and abroad,and discuss the current progress and shortcomings;introduce the assessment tools of stroke symptom clusters,and describe the scholars of the development of the scales,the scope of application,the number of entries,the reliability and validity,and the strengths and weaknesses;introduce the research methods of the symptom clusters of stroke,including exploratory research,validation research,and network analysis,and elaborate the concepts and statistical analysis methods of each research method;and introduce the research methods of stroke symptom clusters,including exploratory research,vali-dation research,and network analysis.and the nursing interventions for symptom clusters of stroke patients are introduced,including the interventions of traditional Chinese medicine nursing techniques,exercise interventions,telemedicine and other interventions.We hope to provide theoretical references for medical personnel to quickly recognize the symptom clusters of stroke patients and symptom management.
