Theoretical analysis of treating subacromial bursitis with tiaooou acupoint and chengshan acupoit
Treatment of shoulder disease with Tiaokou acupoint and Chengshan acupoint is the experience of acupoint selection,when the author treat subacromial bursitis with these acupoints,good therapeutic effects can be achieved.Especially for the elderly patients who are not suitable for acupuncture and moxibustion,cupping,scraping,sticking,massage and other traditional Chinese medicine treatment in the affected area due to some special reasons.Tiaokou acupoint penetrating Chengshan acupoint belongs to the treatment method of remote acupoint selection,which takes into account the special situation of elderly patients.The treatment method is simple,easy to be accepted by patients,dispels patient concerns,gains patient trust,and the cooperation between doctors and pa-tients often leads to the final satisfactory treatment effect.In this paper,the author try to analyze the reason for choosing acupoints from three aspects,including the anatomical position of meridians,therapeutic method,and meridians theory,and provide examples of daily clinical real medical records for explanation.
