社区护士叙事护理能力的现状调查与分析

目的 了解社区护士的叙事护理能力现状及影响因素,探讨提升社区护士叙事护理能力对策.方法 采取便利抽样方法,使用自编护理人员一般资料表和叙事护理能力量表(NCS),选取2020年3月至2021年4月广州市社区卫生服务机构的107名社区护士开展问卷调查,以问卷星网络调查的方式,生成相应二维码后在微信中发放.结果 社区护士叙事护理能力总平均分为(145.59±22.78)分;工作年限、叙事护理熟悉程度、同事关怀程度、家人关怀程度有统计学意义(P<0.05),均为影响社区护士自身叙事护理能力的因素.结论 本调查结果,社区护士的叙事护理能力处于中等水平,今后应采取多种方式,落实叙事护理综合培训,提供更多关怀与支持,创造优良的护理工作环境,以帮助社区护士提升综合护理能力.
Investigation and analysis of the current situation of narrative nursing ability of community nurses
Objective To investigate and analyze the current situation and influencing factors of narrative nursing ability of com-munity nurses,explore strategies to strengthen the narrative nursing ability of community nurses.Methods Convenience sampling method was adopted,and 107 community nurses from a community health service institution in Guangzhou were selected from March 2020 to April 2021 to conduct a questionnaire survey using a self-designed nursing staff general information table and narrative nurs-ing ability scale(NCS).The questionnaire survey was conducted using the online survey method of Questionnaire Star,and the corre-sponding QR code was generated and distributed via WeChat.Results:The total score of narrative nursing practical ability of com-munity nurses was(145.59±22.78)points.The length of work experience,familiarity with narrative nursing,level of care from col-leagues,and level of care from family were statistically significant(P<0.05),all of which were the main factors affecting the narra-tive nursing ability of community nurses.Conclusion The narrative nursing ability of community nurses is at a moderate lev-el.Multiple approaches should be taken to strengthen the implementation of comprehensive training in narrative nursing,provide more care and support,and create a good nursing work environment to help improve the comprehensive narrative nursing ability of commu-nity nurses.
