The effect of holographic copper scraping on sleep quality in patients with primary hypertension
Objective To explore the effect of ear holographic copper scraping therapy on blood pressure value and sleep quality in patients with essential hypertension with insomnia.Methods 122 patients with liver Yang type hypertension from Fujian universi-ty affiliated people's hospital of traditional Chinese medicine during July 2022 to January 2024 were selected,randomly divided into control group(61 cases)and test group(61 cases),the control group to vertigo TCM care plan for routine care,the test group on the basis of routine care increase ear holographic copper scrapping treatment scheme,observe and compare the two groups before and af-ter treatment of blood pressure value,sleep quality and the change of TCM syndrome integral.Results After the intervention,the blood pressure level,sleep quality score and TCM syndrome score of the test group were significantly lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05),and the total response rate of TCM syndrome was improved.Conclusion For patients with primary hypertension,ear holographic copper scraping can help reduce blood pressure level,improve sleep quality and improve clinical efficacy.
