摘要
目的:探讨广西巴马地区壮族家系血液白细胞端粒长度的遗传模式。方法应用 real-time PCR 方法测定广西巴马地区壮族家系外周血白细胞相对端粒长度(LTL),并进行家系内子代 LTL 与其父代 LTL 的相关性分析。结果(1) LTL 随年龄增大而缩短,即与年龄呈负相关性;(2)子代群体中,女性 LTL 明显长于男性(P<0.05);(3)家系中第二代即子代 LTL 同时呈现母系和父系遗传模式。结论广西巴马地区壮族家系子代LTL 明显受亲代 LTL 的影响,呈现明显的母系及父系遗传模式。
Abstract
Objective To explore the mode of inheritance of leukocyte telomere length(LTL)for Zhuang long-lived families residing in Guangxi Bama area.Methods Relative LTL was determined by real-time PCR for members from Guangxi Bama Zhuang long-lived fami-lies,and the correlation of LTL between two generations in families was analyzed.Results (1)An inverse relationship was found between the LTL and age in all cohorts studied,i.e.LTL shortens with increasing age.(2)In offspring,females displayed significant longer mean LTL than males(P<0.05).(3)Offspring's LTL was inherited both maternally and paternally.Conclusions The offspring′s LTL is highly influenced by parental LTL in Guangxi Bama Zhuang long-lived families,which displays both maternal and paternal inheritance mode.
