Taking Lanzhou City as the research object,this paper analyzed the land use changes in Lanzhou City from 2010 to 2020,and used the principal component analysis to study the main fac-tors driving land use changes in Lanzhou City.The study drawn the following conclusions:(1)The cultivated land and forest land became grassland,urban-rural,and industrial and mining residential land,grassland became urban-rural,industrial and mining residential land,cultivated land,and other land became grassland in Lanzhou City between 2010 and 2020.(2)The comprehensive in-dex of land use in Lanzhou City was constantly rising,and land use was in the development stage.Natural factors determined the land use change pattern in Lanzhou City in a certain extent.
