摘要
农村人居环境改善是进一步推动乡村振兴和生态文明建设的重要一环,也是促进城乡融合发展的重要着力点.当前,江苏省农村人居环境仍面临农业生产方式落后、数字化基础设施建设不完善、教育和医疗资源不足、数字化应用不畅、环境监测困难等问题.针对江苏省农村人居环境改善过程中出现的问题,提出建设智慧农业、智能水利系统、数字社区、数字化教育和医疗服务等措施,以期实现数字赋能促进农村人居环境改善.
Abstract
Enhancing the rural living environment is an important part of further promoting rural revitalization and ecological civilization construction,as well as an important focus to promote the integrated development of urban and rural areas.However,the rural living environment in Jiangsu Province is still facing problems such as backward agricultural production methods,imperfect digital infrastructure construction,insufficient education and medical resources,poor digital application,and difficult environmental monitoring.In response to these issues,this paper advocates for a strategic approach that includes the development of smart agriculture,an intelligent water management system,digital communities,and the integration of digital technologies into education and healthcare services.These initiatives aim to harness the power of digitalization to empower rural communities and elevate the quality of rural settlements,thereby fostering a more sustainable and prosperous rural landscape in Jiangsu Province.
