A New Path of Global Governance of Industrial Integration Space in Characteristic Towns——Take Y Town in Jiangsu Province as an Example
With the in-depth implementation of rural revitalization and new urbanization strategy,the characteristic industries has made remarkable achievements under the promotion of policies,but the ideas and measures of spatial layout and path construction,especially how to effectively implement the global industrial effect under the framework of comprehensive land improvement policy,need further discussion.Taking Y Town in Jiangsu Province as a case,we makes an in-depth analysis of the revitalization process of its characteristic industries,and expounds the basic strategy of adopting global resource structural integration and system linkage organization in Y Town under the framework of regional land index replacement policy.The coordination mechanism,implementation strategy and evaluation mechanism of comprehensive land management and development space construction of characteristic industries are further clarified,which would provide theoretical guidance and experience for developing local characteristic industries.
