Clinical effect of self-designed Buqi Yishen Huoxue Prescription combined with small needle knife on the early-stage and middle-stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head
Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-designed Buqi Yishen Huoxue Prescription combined with small needle knife on the early-stage and middle-stage osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH).Methods A total of 120 patients with early-stage and middle-stage ONFH admitted to Zhengzhou Hospital for Bone Injury and Illness of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the release operation group and the combination group by random number table method.After 12 weeks,the analgesic efficacy,hip motion,vasomotor factor expression level and adverse events of the two groups were compared.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS) score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,which was significantly lower in the combination group than the release operation group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the Harris hip scale(HHS) scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment,the HHS score was significantly better in the combination group than the release operation group(P<0.05).After 12 weeks of treatment,the motion level of hip joint in all directions was significantly higher than that before treatment,which was significantly higher in the combination group than the release operation group(P<0.05).After 1 week of treatment,the levels of histamine(HIS),endothelin(ET-1) and norepinephrine(NE) in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and the level of nitric oxide(NO) was significantly higher,which were more pronounced in the combination group than the release operation group(P<0.05).By Fisher's exact probability test,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between groups(5.00％[3/60]VS 8.33％[5/60],P>0.05).Conclusion In patients with early-stage and middle-stage ONFH,self-designed Buqi Yishen Huoxue Prescription combined with small needle knife can improve the expression of vasomotor factors,regulate hip motion,and improve the efficacy of hip analgesia with good safety.
