Thoughts on the formulation of the war service support contingency plan in plateau alpine regions

The high-altitude and cold climate in the high-altitude and cold areas pose certain difficulties for fire war service support contingency plan.Therefore,it is of great significance and far-reaching impact to strengthen the preparation of war service support contingency plan in high-altitude and cold areas.Since the reform and transformation,the war service support contingency plan for fire rescue has adhered to the principle of "combining peacetime and wartime,integrating self-protection and mutual protection,complementing material protection and technical protection,and coordinating support and management". It favors to strengthen frontline support and the improvement of the war service support contingency plan.Therefore,starting from the significance and principles of war service support contingency plan,this study analyzed relevant issues in formulating the war service support contingency plan.
