As a vital force in national combat,the health of military professionals is of great significance for national security and the generation of military combat effectiveness.Hyperuricemia,as a common metabolic disease,is a risk factor for many diseases,and in recent years,the incidence of the disease has shown an upward trend and a younger trend.The incidence of hyperuricemia among our military officers and soldiers is significantly higher than that of the local population,which seriously affects their health.Many literature have reported on this issue.This article mainly summarizes the prevalence of hyperuricemia among military officers and soldiers,sailors,aviation personnel,rocket officers,military academy students,government officials,retired cadres and other military personnel in high-altitude and coastal island and reef environments.It analyzes some possible reasons and aims to provide assistance for the prevention and control of this disease in the military,and provide theoretical basis for military health and safety guarantee and combat effectiveness maintenance.At the same time,it points out the possible shortcomings and problems in the investigation and research of hyperuricemia among military professionals and proposes certain solutions.
