Analysis of the influencing factors of postoperative outcomes and changes of serum PTX3 and IMA levels in patients with acute cerebral infarction after Trevo stent thrombectomy
Objective To analyze the influencing factors and changes in serum levels of pentamer protein(PTX3) and ischemia modified albumin(IMA) in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI) after Trevo stent thrombectomy. Methods 150 ACI patients who underwent Trevo stent thrombectomy treatment at Xuchang Hospital from November 2020 to November 2023 were selected as the study subjects.According to their postoperative recovery, the patients were divided into a good prognosis group of 93 cases and a poor prognosis group of 57 cases. The general information and serum PTX3 and IMA levels before and after treatment between two groups were compared, the factors affecting postoperative outcomes were analyzed, and the predictive value of combined diagnosis for prognosis was evaluated. Results There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05) between the two groups in terms of age, time from onset to admission, location of infarction, and continuous variability of systolic blood pressure; The serum levels of PTX3 and IMA in the group with good prognosis after treatment were lower than those in the group with poor prognosis(P<0.05);Age,time from onset to admission, and continuous variability of systolic blood pressure were adverse factors affecting prognosis(P<0.05);The location of infarction was a protective factor affecting prognosis (P<0.05);The AUC of the combined diagnosis of serum PTX3 and IMA levels for recovery after Trevo stent thrombectomy in ACI patients was 0.913.Conclusion The postoperative outcome of Trevo stent thrombectomy in ACI patients is closely related to age, time from onset to admission, location of infarction, and continuous variability of systolic blood pressure.Monitoring serum PTX3 and IMA levels before and after treatment can serve as reference indicators for clinical evaluation of patient prognosis and recovery.
