摘要
电解二氧化锰和四氧化三锰是当前制备锰酸锂的两大锰源,分别以电解二氧化锰和球形四氧化三锰为原料,采用高温固相法来制备锰酸锂,并对锰酸锂的理化性能及电性能进行了对比分析.结果表明,烧结温度为760 ℃时,以球形四氧化三锰为原料制备的锰酸锂的性能较好,粒度D50为15.182 μm,振实密度为2.39 g/cm3,比表面积为0.289 cm2/g,放电容量为111.65 mAh/g,50次循环容量保持率为95.71%.
Abstract
Currently,electrolytic manganese dioxidee and trimanganese tetraoxid are the two major manganese sources for the preparation of lithium manganese oxide.In this paper,lithium manganese oxide was prepared by high temperature reaction method with electrolytic manganese dioxide and spherical trimanganese tetraoxide respectively.The physicochemical and electrical properties of lithium manganese oxide were analyzed.The results show that when the sintering temperature was 760 ℃,lithium manganese oxide prepared from spherical trimanganese tetraoxide had better performance with the particle size D50 of 15.182 μm,the vibration density of 2.39 g/cm3 and the specific surface area of 0.289 cm2/g.And the discharge capacity was 111.65 mAh/g,and the capacity retention rate of 50 cycles could reach 95.71%.
