通过CTAB辅助TEOS水解制备LMO@SiO2调控氧活性提高循环稳定性

采用共沉淀法制备了富锂锰基正极材料,并利用CTAB辅助TEOS水解对富锂锰基正极材料进行SiO2表面包覆改性进行调控氧活性.通过恒电流充放电、循环伏安及电化学交流阻抗等电化学测试方法对富锂锰基正极材料进行表征,研究了SiO2包覆改性对富锂锰基材料电化学性能的影响.研究结果表明,SiO2包覆层能有效调控氧活性,这对材料循环稳定性能的提升具有积极作用.
A Preparation of LMO@SiO2 by CTAB-assisted Hydrolysis of TEOS Regulating Oxygen Activity to Improve Cycle Sability
Lithium-rich manganese-based cathode materials were prepared by co-precipitation method,which were coated with SiO2 by CTAB-assisted hydrolysis of TEOS regulating oxygen activity.The as-prepared materials were characterized by constant current charge and discharge tests,cyclic voltammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.An investigation was conducted into the impact of SiO2 coating modification on the electrochemical performances of manganese-based materials rich in lithium.The results show that SiO2 coating layer can effectively regulate oxygen activity,which has a positive effect on improving the cyclic stability of the material.
