含锰废水沉淀渣资源化利用的研究

含锰废水沉淀渣是电解金属锰生产废水和渣库渗滤液处理的产物,主要以Mn、Ca、Mg的氢氧化物形态存在,可用于电解金属锰生产的制液降酸工序.结合金属锰的制液工艺,开展了含锰废水沉淀渣资源化利用的研究,研究表明:含锰废水采用石灰处理后,沉淀渣Mn含量5.77%,Ca含量32.04%,Mg含量6.44%,该渣用于电解金属锰制液工序的降酸环节,在降酸量相同的情况下,含锰废水沉淀渣的使用量为碳酸钙粉用量的2.67倍,降酸后的溶液中Fe的含量由11.58 mg/L降低至1.3 mg/L,对比碳酸钙粉降酸工艺,Fe含量降低87.6%,其他微量杂质含量基本一致,渣的锰含量低0.35%,沉淀渣用于电解金属锰降酸工艺更具优势.说明含锰废水沉淀渣用于电解金属锰制液工艺,可降低其制液辅材消耗,同时也有利于溶液杂质含量的降低,稳定溶液质量,实现了含锰废水沉淀渣的资源化利用.
A Research on Application of Manganese Wastewater Precipitate Residue Resource Utilization
The precipitated of manganese wastewater is the product of electrolytic manganese production wastewater and the leachate of slag storage.It mainly exists in the form of Mn,Ca and Mg hydroxide.It can be used in the process of liquid acid reduction in electrolytic manganese production.In this paper,combined with the liquid preparation process of manganese metal,the application of manganese containing wastewater precipitated slag was studied.The results show that,after the waste water containing manganese is treated with lime,the content of Mn,Ca and Mg in the precipitated slag is 5.77%,32.04%and 6.44%.The slag is used in the acid reduction process of electrolytic manganese liquid production.Under the condition of the same amount of acid reduction,the amount of precipitated slag in the waste water containing manganese is 2.67 times that of calcium carbonate powder.Fe content in the solution will be decreased from 11.58 mg/L to 1.3 mg/L after acid reduction.Compared with calcium carbonate powder acid reduction process,Fe content was decreased by 87.6%,the content of other trace impurities was basically the same.And the slag manganese content was lower by 0.35%.The precipitated slag was more advantageous for electrolytic manganese acid reduction process.The application showed that the application of manganese containing wastewater precipitates in the process of electrolytic manganese making liquid can reduce the consumption of auxiliary materials,the impurity of the solution.It stabilizes the quality of the solution to realize the resource utilization of manganese containing wastewater precipitates.
