An Exploration of Application of Electrolytic Metal Manganese Residue in Ecological Friendly Highway Roadbed Construction
This study analyzes the current situation of the application of electrolytic metal manganese slag in highway subgrade.It deeply explores the key factors such as mineralogical characteristics,particle condition,moisture content and subgrade construction technology of electrolytic metal manganese slag.The aim is to reveal the key factors affecting construction quality and propose corresponding optimization strategies.The research results indicate that electrolytic manganese slag can be used as an alternative roadbed material for the construction of general highways and secondary highways.By using standardized manganese slag filling,rolling,and sealing construction techniques,we ensure that the construction quality will meet relevant standards to provide relevant references for the manganese slag industry and other similar roadbed construction projects.
