某钨矿中直径深孔采矿工艺试验采场爆破参数研究

摘要
某钨矿为合理确定中直径深孔采矿法爆破参数,基于爆破漏斗理论和爆破相似理论,依次进行单孔、多孔同段和斜面台阶现场爆破漏斗试验,得出最佳爆破漏斗半径为0.66 m、最佳孔间距为1.0~1.2 m、最小抵抗线为0.9~1.19 m,推荐中直径深孔爆破参数为排距2.4 m、孔底距2.5~3.0 m、装药密度4.9 kg/m.采用推荐的爆破参数开展中直径深孔采矿工业试验,得出中直径深孔试验采场较原采矿法炸药单耗降低18%,采矿成本降低21%.表明爆破漏斗试验和深孔采矿工业试验是成功的,采用浅孔爆破漏斗试验法确定中直径深孔爆破参数是合理的,可为其他矿山爆破工艺参数优化研究提供借鉴.
Abstract
In order to reasonably determine the blasting parameters of the medium diameter deep hole mining method in a tungsten mine,we are basing on the blasting funnel theory and blasting similarity theory.The on-site blasting funnel tests were conducted on single hole series,multi hole same section and inclined bench.The optimal blasting funnel radius was 0.66m,the optimal hole spacing was 1.0~1.2 m and the minimum resistance line was 0.9~1.19 m.The recommended parameters for medium diameter deep hole blasting are row spacing of 2.4 m,hole bottom spacing of 2.5~3.0 m and charge density of 4.9 kg/m.Using the recommended blasting parameters to conduct industrial experiments on medium diameter deep hole mining,it was found that the unit explosive consumption of the medium diameter deep hole test stope was reduced by 18%compared to the original mining method.The mining cost was reduced by 21%.It indicates that the blasting funnel test and deep hole mining industrial test are successful.We are using the shallow hole blasting funnel test method to determine the parameters of medium diameter deep hole blasting,it is reasonable.We think it can provide reference for the optimization research of blasting process parameters in other mines.
