An Evaluation of Slope Stability and Prevention of High-and-Steep-Slope in Manganese Mine Open Pit Waste Rock Field
Geological changes in mining work can easily cause geological disasters, which in turn affects the surrounding production and life. The study focuses on the problem of high-and-steep-slope in the manganese mine open-pit waste rock field. The limit equilibrium analysis method is used to analyze the physical and mechanical parameters of the rock and soil mass, the stress conditions of the landslide surface and the factors of slope stability. When we using the three-dimensional fast Lagrangian analysis method to combine the numerical values from the design drawings of the waste rock field,we can generates a three-dimensional set modeling to analyze the slope angle and stacking height of the landslide surface. The results show that the overall safety factor of the circular sliding slope has decreased by 20.21%-20.48%under self weight and earthquake action. The safety factor of sliding along the base contact surface has decreased by 18.56%-19.75%.The continuous variation of the stacking height of waste rock field, including the calculation of the critical value of the slope angle, results in a reasonable slope angle of 29°.It provides technical reference for the treatment plan of high and steep slope prevention and control.
