铁矿排土机排土生产组织管理中的相关问题研究

摘要
以攀枝花新白马铁矿为例,在不规则排土场形态条件下采用排土机排土工艺,在生产组织中对排土机安装、汽车转排区域、胶带分料、排土方式、排土机操作安全管理等方面进行优化,以提高排土作业效率.
Abstract
Taking Xinbaima Iron Mine in Panzhihua as an example,this study has found that the dumping process using a dumping machine is adopted under irregular dumping conditions.In the production organization,optimization is carried out on the installation of the dumping machine,including the truck transfer area,the belt conveyor material distribution,the dumping method,and the operational safety management of the dumping machine to improve the efficiency of the dumping operation.
