Modeling and Deformation Prediction of Manganese Metal Riveting Structure Using the Finite Element Method
Manganese metal riveting process,as an important technology in the field of machine manufacturing, has been widely used in industrial manufacturing. This study conducted modeling and failure analysis of riveted structures using finite element analysis. The study indicates that deformation prediction models are constructed by analyzing local elements of manganese metal riveted structures using finite element analysis.Furthermore, the total error of the failure displacement of the manganese metal riveting structure model is basically less than 10%,and the overall simulation results are good. The average stress on the connecting unit of the rivet deformation prediction model is 490 MPa,which is indicative of a good detection effect. The results indicate that the manganese metal riveting structure model and deformation prediction model have good performance, which can help improve the understanding of the current state of riveting structures. This approach timely handles hazardous factors, thereby enhancing the safety in machine manufacturing.
