Preparation and Modification Strategy of Lithium Manganese Iron Phosphate Cathode Materials
Lithium Manganese iron phosphate(LMFP)is a positive electrode material for lithium-ion batteries with advantages such as high energy density,high stability,high safety,and longer cycle life.The increasing demand for LMFP in downstream industries has promoted the optimization and exploration of process routes for its large-scale preparation.The introduction of manganese has improved some of the performance of the original lithium-ion battery cathode materials,but it has also caused new problems such as low conductivity and manganese leaching.Therefore,it is necessary to modify LMFP and further improve its properties through modification to optimize battery performance and promote further development of the industry.In this context,a detailed review of the commonly used preparation methods and modification strategies for LMFP is provided,and the feasibility of various industrial production methods is analyzed.The performance advantages of modified LMFP are discussed,and insights and expectations are offered for its future research and industrial development direction.
