Analysis on the Distribution Characteristics and Ore-Forming Regularity of Graphite Mineral Resources in Henan Province
Henan Province is rich in graphite mineral resources,yet the utilization rate remains relatively low,primarily due to the characteristics of its resource endowment and the impact of the economic and market environment.This study offers an overview of the reserves,distribution,and current utilization of graphite resources,and delves into the genesis types of graphite deposits,highlighting that regional metamorphic types predominate,constituting approximately 95%,while contact metamorphic graphite deposits are less common.By examining the genetic types,principal ore types,and exploitability of the deposits,this study conducts a preliminary analysis of the delineation and ore-forming patterns within the graphite-rich zones of Henan Province.The study indicates that the genesis of graphite deposits in Henan Province is significantly influenced by polyphase tectono-magmatic activities,exhibiting distinct regional and zonal characteristics.This has pointed out the direction for the future development and utilization prospects of graphite mineral resources in Henan Province,as well as for scientific deployment and further exploration work.
