废旧电池回收中的含锰废液制备高纯硫酸锰的研究

针对废旧电池回收中的含锰废液,研究以化学沉淀法为基本原理,采用氟化锰除钙、硫酸铝除氟,最后蒸发浓缩结晶获得高纯硫酸锰产品的生产工艺.最佳工艺为:在氟化锰添加量为18 g/L、温度为40℃、反应时间1h、溶液pH为4 的条件下,待反应结束后分离沉淀得到除钙液;按照铝氟质量比2.2 添加十八水合硫酸铝,控制反应温度为60℃,反应后静置过滤获得净化液;调整pH后蒸发结晶获得高纯硫酸锰产品.产品主要成分及杂质含量均达到电池级硫酸锰的指标要求.通过结合小试实验研究,进行了中试试验,为实现低成本、工艺稳定的高纯硫酸锰净化除杂技术研究提供了参考依据.
Study of Preparation of High-Purity Manganese Sulfate from Manganese Containing Waste Liquid in the Recycling of Waste Batteries
The production process of high purity manganese sulfate product was studied by using manganese-containing waste battery leaching solution as raw material,precipitation of manganese fluoride to remove calcium,precipitation of aluminum sulfate to remove fluorine,and finally evaporation and crystallization.The optimum process conditions are determined as follows:The amount of manganese fluoride added was 18 g/L,the temperature was 40℃,the reaction time was 1 h,the reaction pH was 4,and the calcium-removing liquid was obtained by separation and precipitation after the reaction.Aluminum sulfate octahydrate was added according to the aluminum-fluorine mass ratio 2.2,and the reaction temperature was controlled by 60℃ .After the reaction,the purification liquid was obtained by filtration,and high purity manganese sulfate products were obtained by evaporation and crystallization after pH adjustment.The contents of main components and impurities meet the requirements of battery grade manganese sulfate.Combined with the experimental study,the pilot test is carried out,which provides a reference for the realization of low cost and stable process of high purity manganese sulfate purification and impurity removal technology.
