Application Study of Chemical Precipitation Method for Removing K+and Na+from Manganese Sulfate Solution
This study explores the application effect of chemical precipitation method in removing K+and Na+from manganese sulfate solution. The experiment used industrial manganese sulfate solution as the research object to investigate the dose coefficient of Fe2(SO4)3 and the effect of different pH on the removal rate. The experimental results indicate that when the reaction temperature is 80℃,the reaction time is 2 hours, the dosage coefficient of Fe2(SO4)3 is 1.2 R,and the pH is2.0,the removal rates of K+and Na+are the highest, both exceeding98% .This result indicates that the chemical precipitation method exhibits high efficiency and feasibility in removing impurity ions from manganese sulfate solution, and has important practical application value for improving the purity of manganese sulfate products.
