Determination of Selenium in Electrolytic Manganese Metal by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry
With the increasing application of electrolytic manganese metal in the field of energy storage material production, manufacturers and research institutions have set more stringent requirements for the detection of impurity elements in electrolytic manganese metal to ensure and enhance the performance of manganese-based energy storage materials. This study proposed a method for the rapid determination of selenium in electrolytic manganese metal using Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometry(ICP-OES).The method's linear range is from 0 to 3.0 μg/mL,with a linear equation of y=4 303.6x+56.269 and a correlation coefficient R2 of 1.0.The spiked recovery rate is between 98.99% and 100.80%,and the precision ranges from 0.68% to 0.96% .The method offers advantages such as minimal reagent consumption, rapid detection speed, low detection limit, and high precision, providing a new technical approach for the rapid and accurate detection of selenium content in electrolytic manganese metal.
