Safety Hazard Analysis and Application of Lithium Battery Electric Locomotives in Underground Transportation Equipment of Changgou Manganese Mine in Zunyi
In-depth analysis of the safety hazards associated with underground transportation equipment at the Changgou Manganese Mine in Zunyi has been conducted,with corresponding improvement measures suggested.This study identifies safety hazards associated with the underground electric locomotive transportation system,including inadequate tunnel lighting,improperly installed overhead I-beams,and elevated risks associated with night operations.A comparison of the technical parameters between overhead line electric locomotives and lithium battery electric locomotives was made,highlighting the superior safety,economic,and environmental benefits of lithium battery electric locomotives.It is suggested that the CTY12/7GP model,a lithium battery electric locomotive certified with KA mining safety standards,be selected under the existing track gauge and roadway conditions to achieve the upgrading of mining transportation equipment and improve the level of mining safety production.
