高温环境下发动机叶片-硬涂层阻尼结构动力学建模与分析

硬涂层作为一种阻尼结构可以有效地抑制发动机叶片的有害振动,其动力学研究对于设计和优化复合结构有着重要的意义.本文探讨了高温环境下发动机叶片-硬涂层阻尼结构的动力学模型,对其进行动力学分析,研究固有频率、振动响应幅值等动力学特性.采用数值模拟分析硬涂层、温度对复合结构动力学特性影响.利用有限元仿真对结果进行了验证,得到硬涂层对于发动机叶片有减振作用,在高温环境下依然有效.
Hard coating is a kind of damping structure can effectively restrain harmful vibration of engine blade,and its dy-namic research is of paramount significance for the design and optimization of composite structure.The dynamic model of engine blade-hard coating damping structure under high temperature environment is discussed,and con-ducts dynamic analysis on it to study the dynamic characteristics such as inherent frequency,vibration response amplitude,etc.The numerical simulation is adopted to analyze the impact of hard coating and temperature on dy-namic characteristics of composite structure.The finite element simulation is adopted for verification of results to conclude that the hard coating can reduce vibration of engine blade,which is still effective under high temperature environment.
