为改善机场旅客安检现状,在不改变安检物理格局的前提下,结合排队论提出 6 种安检验证服务台的排队方式.根据某机场的安检布局及空间尺寸,在以社会力模型为基础的AnyLogic软件中,构建机场旅客安检流程模型.按照低、中、高峰时段的旅客到达率 402、623、802 人/h对 6 种排队方式进行仿真,得到安检总时间、平均单队列人数、旅客平均等待时间和安检平均服务时间 4 个性能指标用来衡量安检效率,发现 1 对 1型且验证服务台远离安检通道的排队方式表现效果更好.再对比验证服务台远离安检通道 1~20 m,每隔 1m放置时的性能指标,结果表明:1 对 1 型且验证服务台远离安检通道 20 m,队列为S形的排队方式更适用于目前机场旅客安检的需求.
In order to improve the current situation of airport passenger security check,six kinds of queuing methods of secu-rity check verification service desk were proposed based on queuing theory without changing the physical pattern of security check.According to the security check layout and space size of a certain airport,an airport passenger secu-rity check process model was constructed in the AnyLogic software based on the social force model.Six kinds of queuing methods were simulated based on the passenger arrival rates of 402 people/h,623 people/h,and 802 peo-ple/h during low,medium,and peak hours.Four performance indicators were obtained to measure the efficiency of security check,including total security check time,average number of people in a single queue,average waiting time for passengers,and average service time of security check.It was found that the queuing method of one-to-one type with the verification service desk far away from the security check channel performed better.Comparing the performance indicators of the validation service desk being placed every 1 m away from the security channel by 1-20 m,the results showed that one-to-one type with the verification service desk being 20 m away from the security channel and the S-shape queue was more suitable for the current need of airport passenger security check.
