Rules of Acupoints Selection of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in Treating Neurodermatitis Based on R Language Data Mining Technology
Objective To analyze the principles and rules of acupoints selection for neurodermatitis based on data mining technology.Methods The related literature of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment for neurodermatitis were retrieved from the databases of CNKI,VIP,Wanfang and Pubmed to establish acupuncture prescription datdabase.Acupoints selection rules and combination regularities were explored and analyzed with acupoint frequency analysis,association rule analysis and clustering analysis by using R Studio and SPSS Statistics.Results A total of 46 literature were included,which involved 87 prescriptions and 49 acupoints.It was found that ouch point,Quchi,Xuehai,Sanyinjiao,Zusanli were used with highest frequencies.The meridians often selected are Spleen Meridian,Bladder Meridian and Large Intestine Meridian.In the correlation analysis,it was found that Sanyinjiao-Xuehai and Quchi-Sanyinjiao-Xuehai had the highest support degree.In addition,three efficient clusters were acquired from cluster analysis.Three clustering parties can be obtained by cluster analysis of acupoints with a frequency of use greater than or equal to 5 in the database.Conclusion The key of acupoints selection is dispelling pathogenic wind,dampness and heat,while nourishing blood,soothing the liver and tranquilizing the mind.
