Effect of Yangfu Runchang Decoction on EGFRI Related Dermal Toxic Reaction and Its Influence on Aesthetics
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Yangfu Runchang Decoction on epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor(EGFRI)related skin toxicity and its effect on aesthetics.Methods 90 patients with EGFRI-related skin toxic reaction admitted to the author's hospital from November 2016 to November 2019 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 45 cases each.The control group was smeared with mupirocin ointment(3 times a day),and the observation group was added with Yangfu Runchang Decoction(1 pair per day,2 times in the morning and evening)on the basis of the control group,both of which were continuously treated for 14 days.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome score,skin physiological index(oil content,skin water content),safety and skin beauty score of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%vs 77.78%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05);In the observation group,the scores of rash,pruritus,acne,dryness were significantly lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the skin water content of both groups was higher than before treatment,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group.There was no statistically significant difference in oil content between the two groups(P＞0.05).The score of skin aesthetics in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).There were no obvious liver and kidney dysfunction and adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Yangfu Runchang Decoction can significantly improve the clinical treatment effect of EGFRI-related skin toxicity reaction,improve skin physiological function and skin aesthetics,and has good safety.
