Influence of Aesthetic Satisfaction and Family Support on the Treatment Intention of Patients with Abdominal Scar after Cesarean Section
Objective To investigate the effect of aesthetic satisfaction and family support on the treatment intention of patients with abdominal scars during cesarean section. Methods From March 2021 to January 2022,134 patients with abdominal scars during cesarean section in the author's hospital were included as the research objects, and all subjects received the survey and evaluation of aesthetic satisfaction, family support and treatment willingness. The effects of aesthetic satisfaction and family support on the treatment intention of patients with cesarean section abdominal scar were analyzed, and the patients were divided into a willing group and an unwilling group according to their treatment willingness. Results Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that aesthetic satisfaction was negatively correlated with the willingness to treat abdominal scars during cesarean section(P<0.05),and family support was positively correlated with the willingness to treat abdominal scars during cesarean section(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis It was shown that high age(OR=1.885)and high aesthetic satisfaction(OR=1.299)were risk factors for the willingness to treat patients with abdominal scars during cesarean section(P<0.05),high monthly family income(OR=0.221),and high family support(OR=0.462)was a protective factor for the willingness to treat patients with abdominal scars during cesarean section(P<0.05),and both had significant clinical efficacy. Conclusion Both aesthetic satisfaction and family support significantly affect the patients'willingness to treat patients with cesarean section abdominal scars. At the same time, the patient's age and monthly family income also affect the patients'willingness to treat patients with cesarean section abdominal scars.
