Influence of Case Tracking Management Model Combined with Feedback Education on Immediate Implant Repair Effect in Patients with Traumatic Tooth Loss
Objective To observe the influence of case tracking management model combined with feedback education on immediate implant repair effect and satisfaction in patients with traumatic tooth loss. Methods 62 patients with traumatic tooth loss admitted to the hospital from March 2011 to March 2013 were selected as research subjects, and they received immediate implant repair therapy.According to block randomization method, the patients were divided into control group 31 cases and tracking group 31 cases. The control group was given routine nursing, and the tracking group was given case tracking management model combined with feedback education on the basis of the control group. The implant repair effect and satisfaction(repair satisfaction of anterior invisible denture)after 1 year of repair and implant retention rate and dental aesthetic degree(dental aesthetic index)after 1,3 and 6 years of follow-up were compared between the two groups. Results After 1 year of repair, the implant repair effect in tracking group was better than that in control group(P<0.05).The scores of aspects of repair satisfaction of anterior invisible denture were higher in tracking group than those in control group(P<0.05).After 1 year and 3 years of follow-up,there was no statistical significance in implant retention rate between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 years of follow-up,the implant retention rate in tracking group was higher compared with that in control group(P<0.05).After 1,3 and 6 years of follow-up,the dental aesthetic index score in tracking group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Case tracking management model combined with feedback education can improve the implant repair effect after immediate implant, enhance the satisfaction of repair, facilitate the implant retention and maintain the dental aesthetics in patients with traumatic tooth loss, and it has high clinical application value.
