Clinical Research on the Treatment of Chronic Refractory Wounds with Autologous Nanofat Transplantation
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of autologous nanofat transplantation in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds. Methods Forty-seven patients with chronic refractory wounds admitted to the author's hospital from September 2018 to May 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into observation group(24 cases)and control group(23 cases). The wounds in the observation group were treated with autologous nanofat transplantation, while the wounds in the control group were not treated with nanofat transplantation. Both groups chose"stamp"skin grafting after skin flap to close the wound. The wound healing and complications were compared between the two groups. Results Three weeks after operation, the wound healing rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the wound pain score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the wound healing time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Autologous nanofat transplantation in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds can improve the wound healing rate, reduce wound pain, reduce complications such as infection, and has good clinical effects.
