目的:观察电磁波导入人表皮生长因子联合氨甲环酸注射液治疗黄褐斑的疗效.方法:将2021年1月-2022年4月就诊于笔者医院的90例女性黄褐斑患者随机分为三组,A组电磁波导入人表皮生长因子,B组电磁波导入氨甲环酸,C组电磁波导入人表皮生长因子联合氨甲环酸,各30例,每周治疗1次,共3个月.比较治疗前后黄褐斑MASI评分,VISIA皮肤检测仪斑点、紫外线色斑、棕色斑、红色区的特征计数,并对患者进行满意度调查.结果:三组患者治疗后,MASI评分均降低,三组组间比较差异有统计学意义,且C组MASI评分低于A组和B组(P<0.001).治疗前后三组疗效比较差异有统计学意义,C组疗效明显优于其他两组(P<0.05).C组VISIA皮肤检测仪斑点、紫外线色斑、棕色斑、红色区的特征计数治疗后均降低(均P<0.05).C组治疗后满意率最高,为96.67%,三组间满意率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:电磁波导入人表皮生长因子联合氨甲环酸治疗黄褐斑安全有效.
Effect Observation of Human Epidermal Growth Factor Combined with Tranexamic Acid on Melasma Treated by Electromagnetic Wave
Objective To observe the effect of electromagnetic wave introduction of human epidermal growth factor combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment of melasma.Methods Selected 90 cases of melasma patients in the author's hospital from January 2021 to April 2022 as the research object,the patients were randomly divided into 3 groups.Group A was introduced into human epidermal growth factor with electromagnetic wave,group B was introduced into tranexamic acid with electromagnetic wave,and group C was introduced into human epidermal growth factor combined with tranexamic acid with electromagnetic wave,30 cases each,and treated once a week for 3 months.The score of melasma area and severity index(MASI),the feature counts of spots,ultraviolet spots,brown spots and red areas of VISIA were compared before and after treatment,and the satisfaction of patients was investigated.Results After the treatment of the three groups of patients,the MASI scores were reduced,and the difference between the three groups was statistically significant,and the MASI scores of Group C were lower than those of Groups A and B(P<0.001).The difference between the efficacy between the three groups before and after treatment was statistically significant,and the efficacy of group C was significantly better than that of the other two groups(P<0.05).The feature counts of VISIA include spots,UV spots,brown spots and red areas all decreased after treatment in group C were all reduced after treatment(all P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of group C after treatment was the highest(96.67%),and the difference of satisfaction rate among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Electromagnetic wave introduction of human epidermal growth factor combined with tranexamic acid in the treatment of melasma is safe and effective.
