Effect of Autologous Fat Particles Combined with PRF Grafting for Filling to Correct Facial Depressions and the Effect of PRF on the Survival Rate of Grafted Fat
Objective To study the effect of autologous fat particles combined with Platelet-rich fibrin(PRF)grafting to correct facial depressions and the effect of PRF on the survival rate of grafted fat. Methods A total of 120 female patients with facial depressions who received elective fat particle transplantation and filling surgery in the author's hospital from March 2019 to December 2021 were selected as study subjects, and were divided into observation and control groups according to the principle of random grouping, with 60 patients in each group, and both groups were treated with fat particle transplantation, and the patients in the observation group were treated with platelet-rich fibrin on the basis of transplantation surgery.Six months after the operation, the difference between the survival rate of transplanted fat and the treatment effect was compared between the patients. Results The survival rate of transplantation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the therapeutic effect in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in the hematoma, local infection, necrosis, fat liquefaction, ulceration, and fibrocyst occurrence between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The efficacy of autologous fat particle grafting combined with PRF in facial depression filling not only enhances the survival rate of fat grafting, but also improves the condition of facial depression, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
