Effect of Delicate Pulsed Light Intervention on Early Scar Formation after Facial Trauma Cosmetic Suture
Objective To investigate the effect of delicate pulsed light(DPL)intervention on early scar after facial trauma cosmetic suture. Methods The clinical data of 380 patients with facial soft injury treated in the author's hospital from April 2021 to October 2021 were retrospectively analyzed, and the patients were divided into laser group(280 cases)and control group(100 cases)according to different treatment methods. After debridement, the laser group was treated with plastic and aesthetic suture combined with DPL early intervention(1 week after wound healing and stitches removal). The control group received only cosmetic suture after debridement. After 3 to 6 months of postoperative scar stability, the patient's scar and satisfaction were evaluated. Results When the scar was stable 3 to 6 months after surgery, the score of Vancouver scar scale in laser group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the satisfaction of patients and physicians in laser group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion After facial soft tissue injury, early intervention by plastic and aesthetic suture combined with DPL laser can reduce scar, improve patient and physician satisfaction, and the curative effect is accurate.
