Application of Stromal Vascular Fraction Gel in Fine Facial Filling
Objective To discuss the effect of stromal vascular fraction gel on facial volume fine filling and its affectfacial aesthetics.Methods From January 2021 to March 2022,80 patients preparing for facial volume filling in the author's hospital were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was filled with autologous granules fat,while the observation group was finely filled with stromal vascular fraction gel.6 months after the filling,the satisfaction rate of filling effect,the second operation rate,the complication rate and the facial aesthetic score(facial contour,facial volume and facial rejuvenation)was compared between the two groups.Results Six months after operation,the satisfaction rate of filling effect in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The facial contour,facial volume and aesthetic scores of facial rejuvenation in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The secondary operation rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Compared with autologous granular fat filling,the stromal vascular fraction gel had better facial volume fine filling effect and better improvement degree of facial aesthetics.
