中医序贯疗法联合异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮的疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察中医序贯疗法(中药+火针)联合口服异维A酸软胶囊治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效.方法:选取2022年9月-2022年11月笔者医院中重度痤疮患者78例,随机分为3组,每组26例,治疗组在不同阶段给予中医序贯疗法(自拟消痤汤+火针)联合口服异维A酸软胶囊治疗,对照1组给予消痤汤联合口服异维A酸软胶囊治疗,对照2组给予消痤汤+火针治疗.治疗组火针疗法于服用异维A酸软胶囊2周后进行,每2周1次.三组均连续治疗3个月.比较各组临床疗效,对比皮损消退时间、GAGS评分、Skindex-16评分、不良反应及复发率.结果:治疗结束后,治疗组总有效率为96.15%,对照组分别为69.23%、65.38%,治疗组疗效高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗组皮损消退时间、GAGS评分均低于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗组Skindex-16评分高于对照组(P＜0.05),各组不良反应差异无统计学意义,治疗组复发率3.85%,低于对照组30.76%和34.61%(P＜0.05).结论:中医序贯疗法联合异维A酸治疗中重度痤疮,可明显提升疗效,降低痤疮复发率,改善患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine sequential therapy(traditional Chinese medicine + fire acupuncture)combined with oral isotretinoin capsules in the treatment of moderate and severe acne.Methods Seventy-eight patients with moderate and severe acne in the author's hospital from September 2022 to November 2022 were selected and randomly divided into three groups of 26 cases each,with the treatment group given(Xiao Cuo Decoction + isotretinoin capsule + fire needle)at different stages,control group 1 given(Xiao Cuo Decoction + isotretinoin capsule)and control group 2 given(Xiao Cuo Decoction + fire needle),with fire needle therapy in the treatment group given after taking isotretinoin capsule for 2 The treatment group was treated with fire acupuncture after taking isotretinoin capsule for 2 weeks,once every 2 weeks.All three groups were treated continuously for 3 months.The clinical efficacy of each group was compared,and the time to regression of lesions,GAGS score,Skindex-16 score,adverse reactions and recurrence rate were compared.Results At the end of treatment,the total effective rate was 96.15%in the treatment group and 69.23%and 65.38%in the control group,respectively,the efficacy of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The time to regression of skin lesions and GAGS scores of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05),and the Skindex-16 scores of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse effects among the groups(P＞0.05),and the recurrence rate 3.85%in the treatment group was lower than 30.76%and 34.61%in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine squential therapy for moderate and severe acne can significantly improve the efficacy,promote the regression of lesions,and improve the quality of life of patients,and is worthy of clinical application.
