Clinical Observation of Operation Combined with Photodynamic Therapy in the Treatment of Perifolliculitis Capitis Abscedens Et Suffodiens
Objective To assess the effects of operation combined with photodynamic therapy in the treatment of Perifolliculitis Capitis Abscedens Et Suffodiens.Methods Clinical data of 24 patients with perifolliculitis capitis abscedens et suffodiens given surgical combined photodynamic therapy in the author's hospital from January 2021 to June 2022 were retrospectively analysed.The clinical treatment effects,adverse reactions and recurrence were observed.Results Among 24 patients,13 cases were cured(54.17%),6 cases were markedly effective(25.00%),3 cases were effective(12.50%),2 cases were ineffective(8.33%),and the total effective rate was 91.67%.There were no postoperative complications such as infection,flap necrosis and ulcer in all patients.After six months to two years of follow-up,4 cases recurred,with a recurrence rate of 16.67%.Postoperative scarring was not obvious in most patients,and all patients were satisfied with the treatment.Conclusion Operation combined with photodynamic therapy has good curative effect in the treatment of Perifolliculitis Capitis Abscedens Et Suffodiens,which can improve the quality of life,and has good safety and low recurrence rate.
