Application of Nurse-parent Collaborative Intervention Strategy Based on Evidence-based Concept in Postoperative Nursing of Cleft Lip and Palate
Objective To observe the application effect of nurse-parent collaborative intervention strategy based on evidence-based concept in postoperative nursing of cleft lip and palate. Methods A total of 90 children undergoing elective cleft lip and palate surgery in the author's hospital were enrolled between June 2021 and December 2022.According to random number table method, they were divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=45).The control group was given routine postoperative nursing, while observation group was additionally given nurse-parent collaborative intervention strategy based on evidence-based concept. All were intervened for 3 months. The postoperative recovery, pain degree, coping styles, rehabilitation compliance and complications in the two groups were observed. The satisfaction of family members with nursing mode was evaluated. Results After intervention, hospitalization time and healing time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05),and pain score were lower than those in control group at 72 h and 7 d after surgery(P<0.05).The score of negative coping in observation group was lower than that in control group, and score of positive coping was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The score of Frankl treatment compliance scale in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in total incidence of postoperative complications between observation group and control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The nurse-parent collaborative intervention strategy based on evidence-based concept can effectively improve postoperative nursing effect in children with cleft lip and palate, improve coping styles and rehabilitation compliance, promote postoperative recovery and improve nursing satisfaction.
